Love your mane? Don’t let go away!

The Hair loss process can be influenced by many factors, not a single defining one

One of the physical problems that affect a lot of women is hair loss and many times we don’t really know the exact origin of this frequent issue.

THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE HAIR GROWTH

The first step is checking if you have any alterations in your diet, medicines, or any other aspect of your lifestyle. Usually, changes like stress, end of pregnancy, and breastfeeding will affect your metabolism and when it gets weaker, it takes its toll on the hair, nails, skin, etc.

It’s also important to be aware that there are other major factors in the hair loss process, such as the way you treat your mane.

For example, the frequent usage of hair dryers and straighteners will weaken the scalp, causing the strand to fall.

CAN DYING YOUR HAIR CAUSE HAIR LOSS?

We see women retouching their hair color at home frequently with these easy to find coloring products, but without paying attention to how strong the components are, so when they apply them throughout the strand, it ends up damaging the hair.

TIPS TO PREVENT HAIR LOSS:

-Avoid the excessive use of heat on the hair.

The hair dryer or hair irons must be use once or twice a week tops, in order to avoid the weakening of the scalp.

-Take vitamins or supplements

Especially B12 complex-, so it can replenish the strength of your mane, while also helping your nails to grow. Always ask your doctor first :)

-Have medical checkups periodically

Checking with your doctor can help you be confident that your metabolism is working as it should.

-Try cutting the ends every three to four months

You don't need to cut it every month. Even when the hair tends to break a lot when you get split ends shortening an inch in half or two every 3 or 4 months will do wonders for it.

-Massaging your scalp lightly daily

Exerting a little pressure in a circular motion with your fingertips will improve the blood circulation.

PD: Stress is a very influential factor in hair loss, so you should take it easy! Relax… Do some relaxing exercises, breathe and live your life. We will always be here to make you look and feel beautiful!
